Clothing and shoes can be refunded if sent back by mail or brought into the store within 7 days of purchase. Within 10 days, they can be returned for store credit or exchange. Shoes must be in like-new condition & accompanied by box. Sale items, accessories & lingerie are FINAL SALE.
All returns must be unworn with original tags attached and/or in original packaging with receipt in order to return for refund, store credit, or exchange.
All returns can be returned in person at Monkee's of Amarillo, or sent to the following address:

All Monkee’s boutiques are independently owned and operated, so we can only accept returns purchased from this store location, Monkee's of Amarillo.
As a small business, we can not accommodate every return but we will be reasonable. Please contact us directly with any questions or concerns.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping & In store Pickup
All domestic Monkee's of Amarillo are shipped via UPS with USPS shipping at a flat rate of $15. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Please allow 24 hours for orders to be processed.
In store pick up is available at checkout and orders can be picked up at the store address.
