✨ We believe in style, made just for you! Before your first box ships, complete our style preference form to help us select pieces that match your wardrobe and lifestyle. Tell us your size, favorite colors, style icons, and must-haves!
Subscription Box Terms & Delivery
Delivery Details:
Boxes are delivered on the 1st of the month (or the first weekday of the month).
A $25 non-refundable styling & delivery fee applies to each box. ADDITION TO THE FEE OF CLOTHING
If you live in Canyon or Bushland, an additional $5 delivery fee applies.
Try & Decide:
Once your box arrives, you have 3 days to decide what you love!
Keep what you want and return what doesn’t work.
Returns & Charges:
You can return unwanted items in-store at Monkee’s or schedule a $15 pickup for convenience.
If we do not hear from you within 3 days, the full amount of the box will be charged to the credit card on file.

Terms and Conditions:
1. Sizing & Fit Disclaimer
We do our best to ensure the perfect fit, but if something isn’t quite right, let us know! We'll adjust your size preferences for future boxes.
2. Cancellation & Pause Policy
Need to skip a month? You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime before the 20th of the month. Cancellations must be made via email or by calling the store.
3. Refunds & Returns
Returns must be made in original condition with tags attached.
With no obvious signs of wear.
All accessories are final sale.
The Styling and Delivery fee is nonrefundable.
Once charge is processed, no refunds are issued
4. Payment Details
A valid credit card is required at sign-up and will be charged the styling fee before delivery. If no returns are made within 3 days, the remaining balance for your box will be processed automatically. *The customer is responsible for return shipping if outside of our delivery zone.
5. Damage or Lost Packages
Monkee’s of Amarillo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours.
